Terms of Service

All Sales are final. Due to the nature of our product no refunds will be issued. All contracts are binding by the law and by signing you agree to all terms. All deposits are NON refundable, reschedules will be determined on a case by case bases. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with or without notice. Any and all verbal agreements or email agreements will be considered a signed contact. If any abuse occurs during any session Amanda Morris photography will terminate the session on the spot and all funds will be lost and no reschedule will be avaliable.
